Thinking about your body all the time is taking you out of your life.
But you don’t have
to stay stuck
in that any longer

Trying to control or change your body
isn’t going to make you feel better in it.

You’ve spent more than enough time, energy, and effort
chasing thinness.

It’s not working — but that’s not your fault.
You’ve learned to think about your body and food in ways that keep you stuck in the same exhausting patterns.

You don’t need another plan fueled by a war with your body.
My programs will teach you to trust your body, honor your health, and finally feel good in your skin.

Why I do this work:
I spent years trying to control my body—
thinking that if I could just be thinner,
everything would feel better.

It didn’t.

It made me more disconnected. More exhausted.
And more stuck in the same patterns —

thinking about my body and food all the time.

That’s what led me here.

Not just to intuitive eating or body image work—
but to understanding what actually keeps people stuck.

Because it’s not just about food or your body.
It’s about the way you’ve learned to relate to your body and yourself.
The stories you believe about your body, the self-neglect patterns you’ve adopted, all solidified by years of cultural conditioning.

My role, is to help you fully understand why you’ve been living this way —
then guide you through the procress of unlearning and rebuilding a relationship with you body and yourself that feels more aligned with what you really want out of life.

The version of your life where this doesn’t take up so much space,
and you feel more at home in your body?
It’s a lot closer than you think.

Intuitive Eating Counselor and Body-Image Coach, helping clients heal their relationship with food, exercise, and body-image.

This is what healing looks like:

  • Delaney S :

I have always struggled with self-confidence and body image, and working with Lizzie through the Body Trust Blueprint program has been a deeply transformative experience. Her compassionate, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable guidance helped me reconnect with my body and begin healing my relationship with food, movement, and my own self.

The way she approaches intuitive eating and self-care is both empowering and gentle, making space for true self-trust to grow. Going through this program has helped me feel more in tune and at home in my body than I ever have, and it’s thanks to the supportive, thoughtful environment Lizzie creates. If you’re open and ready to find peace with yourself, she is the girl you want to work alongside you!

  • Claire P :

I started this journey with Lizzie to better understand my eating habits and add more movement into my life. Through her program, I’ve learned to tune into my hunger and fullness cues. I no longer eat out of boredom or sadness. I’ve let go of the guilt around eating, and I don’t punish myself with exercise either.

Lizzie also helped me reconnect with movement in ways that feel good. I even joined a local activity center and now enjoy walking and stretching as part of my routine.

Most importantly, I’ve learned to love myself — mind, body, and soul. I’m happier, more focused on the good, and I see a completely different person in the mirror. Working with Lizzie has truly been a blessing. Asking for help was a big leap, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I am so grateful to be working with Lizzie through Body Trust Blueprint. Think therapy with the focus being your relationship with food and body. I've laughed, I've cried, and I've had some major ah-ha moments.

Every session feels like an expansion or a peeling back of the layers that keep me stuck, or struggling with food and my body. It's a process, but I am finding more ease and having less and less noise in my head around food and body - and that is a gift.

  • Julie H :

Working with Lizzie has been such a meaningful and eye-opening experience. Her intuitive eating program challenged me in all the right ways—helping me unlearn the harmful messages of diet culture and start building a more trusting, satisfying relationship with food and my body. She brings a great deal of care and thoughtfulness to this work, creating a space that feels both supportive and genuine. I know I'll be walking away with tools and insights that I know will stay with me for a long time.

Let’s get connected.
