The Body Trust Blueprint:

If you feel like you’ve tried
everything to feel good in your body...

and you’re exhausted by the constant noise
around food and how you look —

I want to start by saying: it doesn’t have to be this way.

We all have 3 choices:

Door 1: Obsess over your body. Follow the diet-trends. It’s never good enough.
Door 2: Ignore your body. Numb out. Disconnect from your health and well-being.
Door 3: Build a healthy relationship with your body, food, and yourself — one that feels sustainable, compassionate and free.

6 years ago, I chose door number 3 — and I’ve never looked back.
And if you’re still reading, I’m guessing you’re ready to choose it too.

You’re closer than you think.

I know the idea of peace with your body can feel far away when
you’ve spent most of your life feeling at war with it.

But the systems that taught you to mistrust your hunger,
punish your body, and pursue control as a stand-in for health?
They were designed to keep you in the loop.

So if you feel stuck—it’s not a personal failure.
It’s the result of cultural conditioning.

You’ve tried:

  • The diets and wellness trends — some worked temporarily

  • The expensive gym memberships — making you feel pressured to show-up

  • The self-help books and podcasts that promised change — but added uncertainty

And now? You’re just done.
Done with trying to fix yourself.
Done with chasing a version of health that leaves you feeling less-than.

You’re ready for something different.

The Body Trust Blueprint:

An 8-week coaching experience for people who want to feel comfortable in their bodies, make peace with food, and learn to trust themselves.

Our sessions are deep dives combined with practical application—so you’re not just learning and processing, you’re integrating new tools each week.
We will work through the blocks, patterns, and beliefs that have kept you stuck—while building new, doable practices that actually support your healing.

You’ll learn to:

  • Break free from shame cycles and all-or-nothing thinking

  • Rebuild trust in your body, and, ultimately, with yourself

  • Let go of perfectionism and the need to control your body

  • Heal your relationship to movement and exercise

  • Nourish your body with consistent, compassionate care

  • Balance food freedom with health, so you can feel like yourself again

This isn’t about “accepting” your body.
It’s liberating your body from the systems that made you think it was the problem.

You’ve felt this way for so long — so how can 8 weeks change anything?

For the first few weeks, we focus on conscious re-patterning. Then — we integrate.

Research shows it takes just 21 days of consistent re-patterning to begin rewiring neural pathways
— in a way that leads to change you can see and feel. That means after three weeks of practicing to choose compassion over control, nourishment over guilt, self-care over punishment— you’ll start to feel a shift.

A weight off your shoulders. A return to yourself.
A deep knowing: you actually can feel good in your skin.

Working with Lizzie has truly been a blessing. Asking for help was a big leap, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This work is about rewiring patterns — for good.
We blend behavioral change tools (like DBT) with intuitive eating, nervous system support, and mindfulness — so change isn’t just something you talk about, it’s something you embody and integrate with consistent support.

  • That’s totally understandable.
But in this program, we don’t pursue weight loss as the goal.
Instead, we focus on nourishment, movement, and sustainable well-being — and work to trust that your body will respond to safety, care, and support in the way it needs to.

  • Kind of. I'm inspired by the Intuitive Eating principles and have seen them work powerfully — both in my own life and in others. But I don’t follow the framework to a T. My work blends those ideas with psychology-backed mindfulness techniques, my experience teaching yoga, my psychology degree, and insights from therapeutic settings. The approach is flexible, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience.

  • Nope. While we’ll definitely talk, this session is focused on identifying patterns, shifting beliefs, and offering practical support you can take with you right away.

  • Peace through compassionate consistency.
You’ll build practices that support your body and nervous system long-term—not a temporary fix, but a relationship that lasts.

  • Clients often tell me they feel seen, safe, and relieved after our sessions. I bring warmth, lived experience, and zero judgment. You don’t have to show up perfectly — just honestly. I’ll meet you where you are with grounded support, thoughtful reflection, and real tools to help you move forward. I also like to bring a little levity and lightness into the work — because we’re allowed to laugh at the hard stuff. We can hold it all with care and call it what it is. It’s deep work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

  • Absolutely. All bodies, genders, identities and humans are welcome here.
