We’ll look at the beliefs you’ve been carrying about your body
(from family, childhood, culture, trauma responses, etc.)
And how those beliefs turn into patterns
(perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, overthinking, disconnection)
From there, we begin separating your worth from your body
(so you’re not constantly trying to fix yourself)
And start rebuilding trust in a way that feels grounded and realistic
(not forced, not performative)
So you can take small steps that actually stick—
without falling back into the same cycle.
This isn’t another attempt to “fix” your body or be “healthier.”
It’s changing how you relate to your body and yourself.
Your body stops being the center of everything— and your life can expand again.

My work blends those ideas with psychology-backed mindfulness techniques, my experience teaching yoga, my psychology degree, and insights from therapeutic settings.
