Totally okay. That’s my job. You’ll complete a short intake form before we meet so we can jump in with clarity, and I’ll guide the conversation gently and intentionally.

My work blends those ideas with psychology-backed mindfulness techniques, my experience teaching yoga, my psychology degree, and insights from therapeutic settings.
