Feel-Good Flow Yoga
A playful and strengthening yoga practice.
We begin on the floor and transition to standing work, sometimes incorporating optional props such as blocks and straps.
Each week we’ll explore strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness.
My goal is to create a practice that is accessible, engaging, and joy-filled.
Classes are designed to challenge you in a supportive way — meeting you where you are while helping you build strength, balance, mobility, and awareness over time.
You don’t need to be “seasoned yogi”. I just ask that you are willing to move, stay curious, and pay attention to your body and your experience.
What you can expect from yoga with me:
Yoga was one of the first thing that lead me
“back to my body.”
For many years, I felt disconnected and dissociated from my body —
shaped by childhood experiences, an eating disorder, and years of trying to control and change my body.
Yoga slowly helped me shift that relationship dynamic.
Through movement, breath, and attention, I began learning how to listen to my body again — seeing it as something to understand and care for.
It also became a way for me to reconnect with spirituality in a personal, yet universal way. Yoga invites you into self-study — what in yoga is called svadhyaya. I believe that when we truly see ourselves, we can show up with more peace and more presence in life.
For me, yoga is powerful because so many things are happening at once. You’re building strength and balance in your body while also practicing patience, compassion, and curiosity.
That’s the practice I love sharing — and I hope to share it with you!

Not at all. Beginners are very welcome. I will offer pose variations for all bodies.
I will always encourage you to move in ways that feel supportive, while also inviting you to challange yourself. -
You’ll receive access to the recording so you can still practice on your own time!
You will not be refunded. -
I will cue blocks in most classes, and sometimes a strap. If you do not have these things, you can either use household objects, purchase them, or just modify.
You can always ask me for reccomendations if you plan to buy some of your own - cheap is great.
DIY prop alternatives:
- blocks: a stool/chair, a large sturdy water bottle, a nearby wall or your staircase.
- strap: a robe-tie, a belt, a scarf -
