I’m Lizzie—intuitive eating counselor, body-image coach, and your safe place to land.


I do this work because I got my life back when I stopped obsessing over shrinking my body. When we work together, I will help you quiet the constant food and body-thoughts, reconnect with your body, and redefine health and wellness in a way that actually feels sustainable and freeing.


My program blend psychology, the science backed principles of Intuitive Eating, and my lived experience. I want to help you reclaim presence in your life - so you can stop overthinking food and body,-image, and start to enjoy the experience of being in your body.
