Meet Your Coach - Lizzie.

I’m Lizzie—intuitive eating counselor and body image coach.

I do this work because I got my life back when I stopped obsessing over shrinking my body.

Now, I help women understand why they’ve been stuck in these patterns—
and how to start doing this differently.

When we work together, you won’t just get information—
you’ll learn how to actually apply it in your real life.
So food, your body, and how you take care of yourself stop feeling so all-consuming.

My work blends psychology, recreational therapy, the principles of intuitive eating, and lived experience. This work changes how you relate to your body and yourself in everyday moments.
