You realize you’re not alone, and you learn how to have compassion for your own story, as you freely give compassion to others.

We will meet for 10 consecutive weeks - alternating between group and 1:1 sessions.

Group sessions will be determined based on
what works best for the group.
1:1 sessions are booked for anytime at your convenience.
Duration of sessions:
Group sessions are 75 minutes
1:1 sessions are 60 minutes
