I’m Lizzie—intuitive eating counselor and body image coach.

I do this work because I got my life back when I stopped obsessing over shrinking my body.

Now, I help women understand why they’ve been stuck in these patterns—
and how to start doing this differently.

When everything is happening inside your own head — the food thoughts, body checking, shame spirals, perfectionism, self-monitoring — it becomes really easy to believe you’re the problem.

You realize you’re not alone, and you learn how to have compassion for your own story, as you freely give compassion to others.
