Real Stories, Real Transformations.

  • Delaney S :

I have always struggled with self-confidence and body image, and working with Lizzie through the Body Trust Blueprint program has been a deeply transformative experience. Her compassionate, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable guidance helped me reconnect with my body and begin healing my relationship with food, movement, and my own self.

The way she approaches intuitive eating and self-care is both empowering and gentle, making space for true self-trust to grow. Going through this program has helped me feel more in tune and at home in my body than I ever have.

If you’re open and ready to find peace with yourself, she is the girl you want to work alongside you!

  • Claire P :

I started this journey with Lizzie to better understand my eating habits and add more movement into my life. Through her Body Trust Blueprint program, I’ve learned to tune into my hunger and fullness cues. I no longer eat out of boredom or sadness. I’ve let go of the guilt around eating, and I don’t punish myself with exercise either.

Lizzie also helped me reconnect with exercise in ways that I enjoy. I even joined a local activity center.

Most importantly, I’ve learned to love myself — mind, body, and soul. I’m happier, more focused on the good, and I see a completely different person in the mirror.

Working with Lizzie has truly been a blessing. Asking for help was a big leap, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

  • Nicole P :

I am so grateful to have worked with Lizzie through Body Trust Blueprint. Think — therapy with the focus being your relationship with food and body. I laughed, cried, and had some major ah-ha moments.

Every session felt like an expansion or a peeling back of the layers that kept me stuck, or struggling with food and my body. It's a process, but I am finding more ease and having less and less noise in my head around food and body - and that is a gift.

  • Julie H :

Working with Lizzie was an eye-opening experience.

Her Body Trust Blueprint program challenged me in all the right ways—helping me unlearn the harmful messages of diet culture and start building a more trusting, satisfying relationship with food and my body.

She creates a safe space that feels so supportive. I am walking away with tools and insights that will stay with me forever.

  • Kathryn S.

Working with Lizzie through the Body Trust Blueprint is one of the best things I have done for my health. She is encouraging and an incredible listener, a deeply cares about how you experience life through your body.

From our time together I’ve learned how to care for my body out of respect — even when I don’t feel like it — because my body deserves to be cared for. Her program is amazing and illuminates the realities that everyones needs to know about diet culture and why it’s inneffective for our overall wellness and joy.

I am so grateful for out time together.

Meet Your Coach - Lizzie.

I’m Lizzie—intuitive eating counselor and body image coach.

I do this work because I got my life back when I stopped obsessing over shrinking my body.

Now, I help women understand why they’ve been stuck in these patterns—
and how to start doing this differently.

When we work together, you won’t just get information—
you’ll learn how to actually apply it in your real life.
So food, your body, and how you take care of yourself stop feeling so all-consuming.

My work blends psychology, recreational therapy, the principles of intuitive eating, and lived experience. This work changes how you relate to your body and yourself in everyday moments.

Group Coaching: 10 weeks

This is for women who know there’s more for them than the exhausting cycle of thinking about food and their bodies all the time.

Women who want to feel free in their bodies, make peace with food,
and stop missing out on the life that’s right in front of them.

How do we actually create change in 10 weeks?

We move through my framework:

OBSERVE: Get curious about the habits, thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that are making food and your body take up so much mental space.

INTERRUPT: Practice pausing before automatically following a food rule, checking your body, controlling your eating, or falling into another familiar pattern—creating room for a different response.

REGULATE: Learn how to support yourself through uncomfortable emotions and experiences without automatically turning to food rules, restriction, body checking, or other familiar coping strategies.

INQUIRE: Ask better questions to understand what you’re feeling, what you need, and what your food and body patterns may be trying to do for you.

EXPERIMENT: Try new ways of responding and meeting your needs that better align with the life you want to live and the relationship you want to have with food and your body.

ADAPT: With practice and new experiences, old patterns become less automatic, self-trust grows, and more flexible ways of relating to food, your body, and yourself become possible.

The goal is for food and body to take up less mental space—so you have more capacity to actually live your life.

Why Group Coaching is different:

There’s something powerful about hearing your own experience reflected in someone else’s. You realize you’re not alone.

When you stop keeping it all hidden, and let people see you — people who get it — it creates more space for understanding, self-compassion, and change.

What shifts in your life when you do this work:

  • You’ll break old patterns around food, movement, and your body that keep you stuck in the exhausting cycle of thinking about them all the time.

  • You’ll learn to nourish and move your body from a place of respect and care—instead of guilt, shame, control, or restriction.

  • You’ll build more trust and confidence in your body and yourself—so food and your body can take up less space, and you can spend more time fully living your life

I feel like I was able to re-find a sense of joy that felt so elusive for so long.

More than anything, I feel like working with Lizzie helped me expand my sense of self - beyond my body and weight. I have an actual life, that requires a body, yes, but my focus is more on the life I am building and living and less on the body that I have.

Maybe you've already read the books, listened to the podcasts, followed the accounts, and understand why these patterns exist.

But understanding yourself and actually changing deeply ingrained patterns are two different things.

Sometimes, you need support practicing something different in real life — someone who will help you do it imperfectly.

Body obsession is expensive.

It costs you time, presence, energy, connection, and attention that could be given
to the people and things that matter most to you.

You have likely spent years waiting to feel confident enough, thin enough,
or good enough to fully live your life.

But you don't have to keep waiting anymore.
Your life is happening right now, and I want to help you fully live it.

In this program, you get:

  • 8 group coaching sessions + 2 private 1:1 sessions
Group sessions to process, practice, and be supported alongside other women—and private sessions for the things that need more individualized attention.

  • Pattern work + real-life application
We work through real-life moments as they happen and practice new ways of responding—so you can break free from old patterns and build self-trust over time.

  • Support between sessions
Because so much of this work happens in the moments between our calls. You'll have somewhere to bring the questions, struggles, and wins that come up as you practice in real life.

  • Session reflections + clear next steps
You’ll leave each session knowing what you want to focus on next—and how to actually apply what we're working on in your real life.

    BONUS OFFERINGS:

    • My on-demand yoga classes: a space for joyful and empowering movement that helps you practice connecting with your body in a different way.

    • Guided audio meditations + mindfulness practices:tools you can come back to between sessions when you want extra support.

    • Lifetime ½-price membership to Home Bodies Yoga Studio, my online yoga studio.

I was hesitant to open up and be fully honest with Lizzie (and myself) about my disordered eating and how unhappy I was. It was embarrassing and I felt like I was alone.

It is never fun to dig up certain things, but when I fully opened myself up to everything her program could offer me, I almost immediately started feeling and seeing it change my life.
— Delaney
